درخواست آتش بس از همه طرف ها

پیام صلح و حقوق بشر

کوروش بزرگ در سال ۵۳۹ پیش از میلاد، منشور کوروش را صادر کرد؛ منشوری که سازمان ملل متحد آن را به عنوان نخستین منشور حقوق بشر می‌شناسد. او آزادی مذاهب، بازگشت تبعیدشدگان به سرزمین‌هایشان، بازسازی معابد و پایان ظلم را تضمین کرد. او تبعیدیان یهودی را آزاد کرد، به آن‌ها اجازه بازگشت به اورشلیم را داد و از بازسازی معبد سلیمان حمایت کرد. این واقعه در کتاب‌های عزرا و اشعیا در تورات ثبت شده و توسط مورخان یونانی همچون هرودوت و گزنفون تأیید شده است.

این میراث باستانی ایران، نمادی از مدارا، احترام به تنوع و تلاش برای صلح است؛ ارزش‌هایی که امروز بیش از هر زمان دیگری به آن‌ها نیاز داریم.

یک راهکار فوری و انسانی: اعلام یک آتش‌بس کامل دو هفته‌ای توسط ایالات متحده، اسرائیل، ایران و تمام طرف‌های درگیر. دو هفته بدون بمب یا موشک، بدون تهدید یا ترس.

در این بازه زمانی کوتاه:

* یک تحقیق بین‌المللی مستقل (با میانجی‌گری یک کشور بی‌طرف مانند سوئیس) باید انجام شود.

* یک نظرسنجی عمومی جهانی یا منطقه‌ای برگزار شود تا صدای مردم شنیده شود: آیا آن‌ها خواهان ادامه جنگ هستند یا صلح؟

مارتین فیستر، وزیر دفاع سوئیس، تأکید کرده است که حملات هوایی ایالات متحده و اسرائیل به ایران (و اقدامات متقابل ایران) اصل ممنوعیت استفاده از زور و قوانین بین‌المللی را نقض می‌کند. او از همه طرف‌ها خواسته است تا برای محافظت از غیرنظامیان، درگیری را متوقف کنند.

اگر هدف واقعی ما کمک به مردم ایران و ترویج آزادی و صلح است، اجازه ندهید این فرصت کوچک از دست برود.

نوروز واقعی به معنای زندگی است، نه مرگ؛ آزادی است، نه ستم؛ امید است، نه ویرانی.

بیایید برای صلحی واقعی با هم همکاری کنیم.

Cyrus the Great, in 539 BCE, issued the Cyrus Cylinder — recognized by the United Nations as the first charter of human rights — guaranteeing religious freedom, the return of exiles to their homelands, the rebuilding of temples, and the end of oppression. He freed the Jewish exiles, allowed them to return to Jerusalem, and supported the reconstruction of the Temple of Solomon. This event is recorded in the Books of Ezra and Isaiah in the Torah and confirmed by Greek historians such as Herodotus and Xenophon.

This ancient Iranian legacy stands as a symbol of tolerance, respect for diversity, and the pursuit of peace — values we need more than ever today.

An immediate and humane solution: a complete two-week ceasefire declared by the United States, Israel, Iran, and all parties involved. Two weeks without bombs or missiles, without threats or fear.

During this short period:

•  An independent international investigation (mediated by a neutral country such as Switzerland) should take place.

•  A global or regional public opinion poll should be held so that people’s voices can be heard: do they want the war to continue, or peace?

Martin Pfister, Switzerland’s Minister of Defence, has emphasized that the U.S. and Israeli airstrikes on Iran (and Iran’s retaliatory actions) violate the principle of the prohibition of the use of force and international law. He has called on all parties to stop the conflict in order to protect civilians.

If our real goal is to help the people of Iran, to promote freedom and peace, let us not miss this small opportunity.

True Nowruz means life, not death; freedom, not oppression; hope, not destruction.
